Current contract behavior:
The current Presale contract does not automatically open the next chapter when one fills. The owner must call setChapterActive(oldId, false) and setChapterActive(nextId, true) on BscScan or an admin panel.

Website behavior:
This page reads every chapter, shows progress bars, disables sold-out or inactive chapters, and lets users buy from any active selectable chapter. To open all planned rounds together, activate each chapter on-chain first.
